2025 Reserve Pinot Noir Persée

The 2025 Persée shows a youthful opaque purple in the glass. The level of fruit purity in the aroma is impressive with notes of wild raspberry and blueberry. On the palate this wine is fresh juicy and powerful with with a core of black cherry, rasberry and baking spice. The finish is long and carries the fruit all the way through. Although so expressive and fresh now, the Persée will continue to complex with age rewarding those with the patience to cellar it.
