The 2025 Sagittaire pours a deep red tinged purple in the glass. The nose is composed of black cherry and baking spice with just a touch of turned earth. On the palate this wine shows the classic structure of Domaine Messier Pinot Noir. Pure dark red fruit is surrounded by balanced acidity and well textured tannins. This wine is uniquely Domaine Messier and speaks clearly of place in which it was grown.
